About this concept

How this site works.

  • The booking journey

Choose a service, a barber and a time: every step works, and the last one sends nothing. No appointment is ever made.

  • The enquiry form

Shown just as it would be for a real shop, with sending switched off.

  • The photography

A bespoke set of generated images made for this concept. The people pictured are not real, and neither are the rooms.

  • Who made it

SR7 Web Design, which designs and builds websites for businesses across the North East.

Enquiries

The enquiry form.

How a real shop would take wedding mornings, group bookings and gift-voucher questions, shown here with sending switched off. To see a booking from start to finish, the booking demo works end to end without sending anything.

Demonstration only — sending is switched off. Gentry House Barbers is a concept by SR7 Web Design, not a real barbershop, so this form can’t send a message. Talk to SR7 Web Design (opens in a new tab) about a website like this.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

Do you take walk-ins?

In the story, yes: Gentry House works by appointment so nobody is rushed, but if a chair is free the barbers will gladly see you.

Is there parking nearby?

Several city-centre car parks are within a five-minute walk, and many pay-and-display bays are free in the evening.

Can I bring my son?

Of course. The Young Gentleman cut is for clients aged 14 and under, and the Father & Son package books you into neighbouring chairs.

What if I’m running late?

Chairs are held for ten minutes; after that the appointment may need to be shortened or moved so the next client isn’t kept waiting.

Is this a real barbershop?

No. Gentry House Barbers is a concept website designed and built by SR7 Web Design. The shop, its barbers and reviews are fictional, and nothing on this site can book or send anything.
